Abstract
Real-time PCR and next-generation sequencing are well-established technologies for the detection and quantification of target DNA and RNA in a variety of molecular biology applications. However these methods can be time-consuming, labor-intensive and expensive to operate and maintain in today´s environment.
Now the new X9 Real-Time PCR System, by using a proven microfluidics-based workflow can automate the entire PCR and NGS workflow. It is the only system on the market that can simultaneously either perform more than 46,000 PCR datapoints per 8 hour shift, or allow you to completely automated targeted or whole transcriptome NGS assays on a single platform for hundreds of samples per day, all on the same platform. Learn how this unique approach allows scientists to achieve cost savings with nanoliter volumes of reagents and how it is a completely flexible system, which allows to easily add, remove, and replicate assay targets and adjust sample batch sizes without changing chemistries or workflow.
